Children's category photo comp @ Manaton Fair

Further to last week's email, here are some more details about the Photo Competition at next weekend's Manaton Midsummer Festival.  The categories are as follows:

  • Country Pursuits (you can interpret this any way you like)
  • Snow
  • A Portrait (could be human or otherwise)
We are expecting lots of children to attend, so please note that there's an additional Under 16s category:
  • My family and other animals (picture can be of family, or animals, or both).
Winning photos will be those receiving the most votes from members of the public visiting Manaton Parish Hall over the weekend.

Photos should be unmounted, and no larger than A4 size.  There's a charge of 25p per entry, and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.  You can bring your photos to Dartmoor Antiques in Moretonhampstead or "Spin a Yarn" wool shop in Bovey Tracey by Friday 17th June, or take them direct to Manaton Parish Hall any time on Friday from 10 am to 5pm.

Any further questions, please contact Andrew Taylor - kennedy.taylor@care4free.net / 01647 221456.
